I am a saxophone player, band leader, and teacher in Burlington, Vermont, with a special love for New Orleans music and culture. After graduating from the Berklee College of Music and working in Carnival Cruise Lines bands, I moved to California. I joined the popular contemporary swing revival band, the Sugar Daddy Swing Kings. In 1999, I settled in Los Angeles and worked extensively as a founding member of The Gumbo Brothers and the Mudbug Brass Band. I have played clubs and festivals up and down the west coast, including the Elbo Room, Boom Boom Room, Cafe Du Noord, Brown Derby, House of Blues, The Lighthouse, Crystal Bay Casino, Moe’s Alley, Belly Up Tavern, Live Oak Music Festival, Elysium Festival, Santa Monica Pier Concerts, and the Hollywood & Highland Summer Concert Series.

My current musical projects bring together friends and influences from New Orleans, Los Angeles, and Vermont. I play regularly in Vermont with my own quartet as well as the Maple Street Six and Back Porch Revival.
